Solution to product distortion and deformation during operation of ultrasonic welding machine

When ultrasonic welding machines are used to produce products, there may be distortion and deformation of the products, which is very detrimental to industrial production. We need to avoid such results in production, so we need to know the reasons for this phenomenon. In fact, there are three main reasons for the deformation of ultrasonic welding products:

1. The two components that need to be welded by the ultrasonic welding machine cannot fuse well due to angle or curvature reasons;

2. The influence of the material of the ultrasonic welding machine welding product itself on the results;

3. The different adaptability of ultrasonic welding machines to forming pressure results in deformation of fused products;

It is generally believed that the deformation of the product should be caused by problems during the ultrasonic welding process, but in reality, this is not the case. For ultrasonic welding machines, the characteristics of the plastic parts that need to be fused largely determine whether the final fused product will undergo deformation. Therefore, focusing solely on the welding process will lead to opposite results, which is a waste of time and cannot solve the problem well. So, to ensure that the products produced by ultrasonic welding do not deform or distort, we need to do the following:

1. Choose the appropriate pressure based on the characteristics of the product;

2. Reduce the welding time;

3. Increase the curing time of production products;

4. When using an ultrasonic welding machine to weld, select plastic parts with appropriate angles and arcs for memory fusion.
